Flowers

 I received beautiful flowers for Mother's Day this year. As it's almost the end of the season and there is frost in the air, I wanted to share some pictures before they are gone.

 I always choose annuals. This year I picked pink and purple.

 I don't know a lot about flowers but I was lucky in my picks this year. The purple ones grew really tall and I cut them back quite often. Lately I'm just letting them grow.

 I have to thank Carla for going to the nursery with me to pick them out and a big thanks to Helmut for watering them when I'm traveling.

I'm going to miss this batch but I look forward to next spring.
