Christmas!!!!

 Santa came to visit Gramma and Grampa's house this year. Tony is absolutely thrilled!

 All in all, a wonderful Christmas.

Baking Cookies...

 Once again, it's time to bake the Christmas cookies. As I don't do a lot of baking during the year, I really look forward to this tradition. I chose 7 recipes which I usually make and Carla and Mike chose peanut butter kisses. I prepared the dough (thanks to Helmut for helping me grind the nuts). I ended up using 28 sticks of butter.....yikes!

 Carla and I collaborated at her house this year. I arrived bright and early and 12 hours later we were still at it.... I finished the last few batches the next day.

 We have some extra hands helping this year.

 Levi was pretty fascinated by the entire process.

 Very fascinated....

All in all, we had a wonderful, productive day! The cookies were absolutely delicious!
