A Visit From Renee

On the way home from the airport after picking up Renee, we stopped at the Carpathia Club (German Club) to have dinner with the family. The dinner feature was ham hocks.

 Yum!

Renee hasn't seen Levi since last February. They had no trouble getting acquainted.

Grampa and Renee.

Renee has her recipes stored on her laptop. Today she's making curry soup. It was delicious.

Renee and Helmut built a coffee table. It was spectacular. They did a great job and had a wonderful time working together.

We spent some time at Gramma's too. Today we're making perogi.

Ooops! Forgot the apron!

 Delicious!

Halloween 2012

We decided to make Levi a bear for Halloween. He is so cute.

The End

Our New Patio

Well, we're finally laying the bricks for our new patio. I'm so excited, apparently so is Tony.

Carla, Mike and Levi came over to help.

We have 3 sizes of bricks. It took a while to finally decide on a random pattern.

Levi is making sure everyone is working.

Helmut stayed busy driving loads from the front of the house.

I volunteered to watch Levi, somebody had to...

 Go, Carla!

 Go, Mike!

Now it's Levi's turn for a tractor ride.

 Wow, we're making progress.

Stay tuned for the finished product.

Levi's Baptism

Well, it's Levi's big day! He looks like he can't wait.

 So excited...

 Getting in our car seat...

 Ok, we can leave.

Grampa looks excited too.

A few pictures with Pastor Tim before the ceremony.

 Grampa is admiring Tony's pants...

 Two Tonys and a Paul

Getting final instructions from our friend, Denise.

 Tony will be videotaping.
(Levi has the cutest shirt on, it's actually a white t-shirt with a tie sewn to the front.)

 Levi loves Tony's beard,

and Gramma's kisses.

 Awww....

 A few group shots.

 Levi is a cuddler.

 Tony and Levi having fun.

Levi's Godparents, Jenny and Brandon Hulway and their sons, Luke and Jacob.

Our families filled this section of the theater.

Gathering on the stage.

I loved the picture Carla and Mike picked for the screen.

Levi didn't seem to mind his "bath" at all.

Notice the bare feet.

 Katie and Paul...just hanging.

Yum. Back to Carla and Mike's for lunch. We had bread bowls, soup, chili, and fruit.

Tony is enjoying Eric and his son, Evan.

 Playing Pass the Baby...

I love this picture of Levi with his Gramma.

Trying to take a picture of squirly boys...
Levi, Evan, and Levi's second cousin, Jacob. (Luke joins in too)
